Hi All...

Hi All,
This is my first post. As a matter of fact i am not quintessentially a blogging enthusiast but now i am very much seeing for myself a great medium of expression before me. Better late than never. Let me take this opportunity to share my knowledge of the passions that i have been keenly following throughout my life so far.

A little about myself:
My full name is Vinod Venugopal Nair. I was born and brought up in the city of opportunity, Mumbai. I have a great range of interests in variety of fields ranging from Music, Cricket to Numerology,Palmistry and such other things. I am proud of Mumbai and Mulund in particular. For those not from Mumbai, Mulund is the promising and rising star/suburb of the princely Mumbai. Being born in the month of August i am a fan of the month 'August', one of the strong men of King December.

I am very passionate about music. It stirs up my soul strings. The stalwarts responsible for this inclination of mine towards music include greats like Mohd.Rafi, K.J.Yesudas, Kishore Kumar, Asha Bhosle, Sujata, Chitra .... The list is endless. Basically, any body who sings well earns a place of respect automatically in my heart:) I sing myself. I strain my vocal cords in the futile attempt of producing atleast a miniscule of passion pumped into the songs by these greats. I can write pages after pages upon each of these people and music, which i intend to do as well.
I am passionate about friends, as well. Friends are the pillars of support outside of your family. They help you to cope with joy and despair alike. Many schools of thought have propounded on the greatness of friendship. But herein with this blog-attempt i would like to showcase my friends and their contributions to my life.

Any blog has a purpose,rather, should have a purpose. Purpose makes up life. The purpose of my blog is to get to know people who share my interests. So i will soon be following up with my articles and would earnestly be seeking 'your' views and comments regarding the same. Till then,
